2023 SRT Challenger Hellcat Redeye Widebody Jailbreak (LADR22 27D) owner: I ordered my HRWJ end of September 2022. Eventually, received my VON # (April 2023). Then shortly afterwards, Dodge CANCELLED my order, siting lack of availability of options including: WF9 20x11.0 Satin Carbon Warp Speed Wheels. The same wheels that are "standard" on the 2023 Black Ghost and the 2023 King Charger. Word, via the Power Broker Dealer I ordered it through, was that Dodge said that those wheels were "out'. Yet, on the Dodge site, you can spec order those STILL as of August 2023. We had to rush a re-order and rather than the original seven choices, now there were only three. Yet I sited to the dealer the availability according to the Dodge site, as well as downloaded THREE actual window stickers from Dodge dealership inventory, that were delivered with these wheels. Anyone else experience this disappointing experience? Also, at the same time, Dodge also cancelled my five-month old order that included the XTL Yellow Brake Calipers; same reasoning; "out of inventory". Again, I submitted other window stickers that had the yellow calipers, but NO! Not for you!. (Had TWO other options declined, but those aren't applicable to this forum subtitle.) I pleaded my case to the dealer; they proclaimed that they tried and failed with the regional Sales Rep. Yet, I clearly felt that I was not represented; the dealer didn't seem to be a worthy advocate to fight to Dodge. Am I the only one out here that experienced sales order/VON cancellations for JAILBREAK options' denials?
Damn, sorry to hear of your troubles. I felt from the beginning like this whole "last call" debacle was gonna be just that. A huge debacle. And one that leaves a bad taste in a lot of peoples' mouths. Hope you get it sorted.
