I can't help wondering if they had to do anything to make it fit such as move the radiator forward or lengthen the front end.

The Mopar Insiders article didn't mention any engine bay modifications. Just suspension upgrades like a multi-link short-and long-arm front suspension with Bilstein shocks, and hydroformed steel tube side rails with a stamped box section lateral member as part of the engine cradle.

One thing that is obvious. The shaker is a little different looking and sits higher on the hood.

Whoa. That looks pretty sick. I like the idea. But the V-10's gotta be longer than the 8. So something must have had to move. I just replaced my alternator, and I can attest there's not much room between the front of the engine and the radiator. There's just enough to get your hand down there to remove the serpentine belt. So either the radiator had to move or the firewall had to be moved back a couple inches, or probably both, cuz I doubt they lengthened the whole car. That would look weird.

Two more cylinders and 6 fewer plugs.

I know that the Hellcat has 100 more hp. but owning this car would be something special.
