Hello and thank you all in advance for your help. I need some input in deciding on the rim wheel width for my 2011 Rallye challenger. I currently have 255/45/20 in my Rallye and need new rims. Should I go with 8.5 or 9 inch width for the Rims? Will there be problems with rubbing around turns if I go for 9 inch? Thank you all for your help.
I’m running 275/45/20 on all 4 corners. No problem with the 2010 classic wheels Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Above is my answer, I used American Racing, 20x8.5's, No rubbing and filled the front tire-well just fine. Im painting the calipers soon enough, Gloss black, and purchased A set of Mopar decals the will grace the calipers center, they're white. Should look good Also does anyone rum 20x10's on the rear of their reg body Challenger, if so how's it? I have the opportunity to pick up a set and Im eyeing the rear of mine as a landing spot, but weary of rubbing or sticking out beyond the fenders, hate that look.... not great pics but more coming Any info thanks in advance
For 10.5's on the rear of a Challenger, the offset Hellcat owners talk about is 22-25mm, with 25 leaving you some room to add spacers to bring the tire out a bit if you wish. Similar with 11's, which will also fit. Tire in question would be a 305-30 or so in size. The Nitto=Toyo 315's are about the same width, but I am guessing would have more sidewall height due to 315 versus 305 stated size. One would have to check the manufacturer specs for the individual tires.
