Which device do you use to administer the tune? Tech's at Magnusson provide tunes remotely with their product installs and assisted me many years after the install with my situation.

I used HP Tuners and had it “fine tuned” after the remote tune. Went from 438.9whp to the current 455whp.

How much boost and what's your diff ratio?

I’m at about 10.5lbs of boost is all, and I have the SXT Plus with the 3.09.

I was told that the SXT came with the 3.07 differential and the SXT Plus came with the 3.09 because it has 20 inch tires instead of the 18 inch on the SXT. Can’t confirm if that’s true or not, but that’s what I was told years ago when I asked about it.

My 5.7 boost limit with my factory internals is more limited than yours. You may have considered a diff ratio change? I've enjoyed the impact going to a 3.91. You can use your HP Tuner to enter the change if you make one

I’m looking at going to this, but not for sure. Some of my burn outs are just one tire and some are both. This makes it both all the time.

You've got the open diff (non LSD/AntiSpin) as I did originally. For some reason the manual trans R/T's in my 2010 model year got the 3.91 LSD which is what mine's from. You'll get more of a holy shit seat of your pant's off the line shot if you go to a significantly steeper ratio! :) One of many reasons the early BMW 335's with the N54 engine (an inline 6) are so popular is because of their forged internals allowing us to increase the boost to beyond 20 psi even using the factory twin turbo's, producing similar whp #'s to that of your Challenger for about $1500 US in bolt on parts including the required tuner.
