    The Chevrolet Monte Carlo had swiveling driver's seat for easier exit.

    rim blow steering wheel , you squeezed the steering wheel and the horn honked.

    The old VW busses had a washer mechanism like that, too. “Driver powered”!

    the Rim Blow steering wheel was used on some US-built automobiles from 1969 to 1974.
