It is an oil catch can. Probably made by Billet Technology.

Read this informative article explaining the function of an oil catch can and why it is beneficial for your engine.

You'll have to empty it at some point :)

I would get in the habit of emptying it every other oil change.

So you must change your oil very often, or you are getting very minor amounts? For me with Turbos, the can is a little more than 1/2 full every 1000 miles. How much is in your can after 2 oil changes?

I only drive my SRT on weekends, so it has low mileage between oil changes. I empty about a 1/4 of a can each time.

Note: if he only drives it on weekends, then its per-mile blowby would be a bit higher than someone who drives it more consistently and/or for long trips.

    Only about 2,000 miles.
