Here are some photos of the first Charger R/T to arrive on a Florida dealership lot.

IMO it still looks like a turd. It does have nice tires on it, Goodyear Eagle Sport.

I like the looks of it, but I'm probably not going to be a buyer at the current prices. I buy used, depreciated cars.

Is it actually able to power on? One went to the car wash and got bricked. Personally I like the look of our Challengers 10x more.

It looks good. But now that you mentioned that car wash thing and cost. I would not jump out for one.

To many variables at this point..

I gave up. i've been waiting just too long for this vaporware to become reality. I was on-board for the 2024 EV Challenger (ok 2d charger now) expecting it to be available in October of 2023. Then nothing. then spring of 2024, nothing. then fall of 2024, nothing. Now its February 2025 and within a 100 miles of my house I have my choice of 3 cars. I was expecting 4 at every dealtership within 25 miles of my house; basically my choice of 24 chally's. So last week I bought a 2024 Chevy Blazer EV. I had my choice of 2 dozen and at the end of the day this brand new car, with all the bells and whistles was $25k (plus $1500 to install a charger in my house.) I will now save over $200 net in commuting costs over my 2014 dodge chally.

You made a practical choice, but too bad you missed out on owning a Challenger.

Maybe, people buy EVs, and find out range, cost to charge numbers are heavily fudged.

$200.00 until it needs repair work. If the battery gets damaged in a crash, even if the crash itself is minor, it’ll be totaled. I have a friend who loved his EV, but then it got hit just right, but the body damage didn’t total it….the damaged battery did. I guess it depends on your state’s threshold to total a vehicle. I rode in it once and it had excellent acceleration and would smoke the front tires! Impressive!
