    Also, the Viper needs a Twin Hurricane DOHC four-valve V12 of at least 10.0L displacement with a 3500 RPM redline and a two-stage centrifugal supercharger.
    Math: when you double the RPM, the friction/drag multiplies by four times, so a 10 liter engine with half the RPM of a five liter would have half the friction.
    The EPA weirdos would be forced at factpoint to Approve.
