Congrats on your new ride. It sounds like a quick fix at the dealership. You will have fun and love your Dodge for years to come.

Well after a night of serious reading, there is a problem with stuff under the seat setting off the airbag light. In my case i had pit a small gun safe under the passenger seat. i have removed it and now the light has not been back on. Never did that in the Charger??!
I suggest anyone with the problem first look under both seats and make sure nothing has slid under there!!
    Hope this helps!

Took mine in to replace the door handles.(would not unlock passenger side when lifting handle twice) Left dealer airbag light on.Took it back they said there was a loose wire in lumbar section of driver seat and they would have to remove seat to repair but airbags would still work as they were suppose to. Light doesn't stay on all the time just every now and then.

    Air Bag Issue

I have a 2011 Challenger and my air bag light was doing the same thing. Last night I was able to get the light off by adjusting the passenger seat. I'm thinking when someone got out of the back seat the passenger seat was not locked in. Now I will just wait a few days and see what happens. As for tire pressure lights: The spare tire also has a sensor so after checking all the main tires, check the spare.

Air Bag Light & Another Odd Question

In regards to the Air-Bag, my understanding is that this is a known issue. This happened to my 2012 and according to the dealer, they need to replace the wire with a smaller gauge.

Did you determine what the fishy smell was? We have a similar smell in our 6 month old Challenger RT and can't identify the source.

    Air bag light

I had the same issue with my air bag light being on,

step one turn car off locate connectors under driver and passenger seat they are yellow each seat has one near the front and on near the rear so yes you will have to unplug the front the go in the back seat and unplug the rear connectors blow in each side, you can use a can of air but do not hold to close b/c you can end up spraying moisture in the connectors after a quick blow I used some connector grease (lightly) plug back in do one at a time and one seat at a time no sure if it matters that's just exactly what I did and problem was solve also make sure after you do this to make sure that you push red tab in to lock. pull out (toward you) to unlock each connector is fasten into place so the side of the connector that is facing you is indeed the side that you would pull to get off squeeze top end closest to you and pull being that the connector is fasten into place you should be able to do this with one hand it will not hurt any wires as long as you are only pulling on connector I hope this work like it did for me the darn dealership wanted to charge me 95.00 just to look at even with me telling them I have a connector problem and the code from the light being on so if your not under warranty 3600miles or 3year but there is a page when you log on to dodge.com an under owner tab you can post your issue to dodge if they get enough they will issue a recall also you can call have vin number ready b/c you will be on hold for a while 35min for me to talk to dodge 1800-423-6343:grd: Oh and also make sure after you fix this do not let bottles trash etc.. roll under your seat it can unlock your connectors and loosen them all over again.
