My car has 800 miles on it. Took it out tonight and vented the sunroof for the first time. Got home and went to close it..... nothing. Just heard a relay clicking when hitting the vent button.
Searched online and saw something about going to the trunk and pulling fuse #44. Now it operates fine again.
Car is going in Saturday to have a tire pressure monitor fixed. Guess I am adding this to the list.

What could have caused the fuse to blow? Guess you will find out.

Fuse wasn't blown. Pulling it resets something.

there's probably a sensor to detect a blockage such as a hand or fingers that gets fooled in to cutting out upon malfunction. doing a hard reset would reset the sensor as well.

Hopefully thats the fix as a one time glitch.
I was not so lucky the third time as the sunroof motor/module combo failed on me.
Yes it's covered under warranty but it's a shame seeing your pass door being removed to re/re the liner after it falls apart trying to re/re sunroof motor.

I had it into the dealer last weekend.
They said they replaced some Sunroof control module. The paperwork said they replaced the sunroof motor. Not sure what they really replaced.

There were a lot of people complaining about this on challengertalk. Most said it happened when the car was sitting in the sun. Once they got it in the shade, it started to work again. Lots had their motor replaced. Said same thing about having to remove the liner and door. They didn't like it because they thought it might not be replaced as good as a factory install. Mine is still working, for two summers now. Holy cow! Have I had the car that long already? Yup, just turned 12k miles.

Was it due to the motor overheating in the sun?

Some think that is the case.
