What about where the tape ends? Doesn't that end up getting dirty and eventually will be able to see that line?

    Shaggy,
There is the potential for a line to develop, although I have waxed the line pretty heavy so in ten years when i may want to change it it shouldn't be to bad.I was told by the installer that they have redone the clear bra for people after 7 years and with a light buff you cant tell where it was so to me the risk is worth it.
For instance driving up the highway this past year a car thru up a small rock right in front of me. Of course it hit the front end of the Challenger. When i stopped, I couldn't find a the spot where it hit. For me that says it all.
Most folks say what a great idea!

I had a 3m bra installed along with tint on my daughters challenger 392 and so far after 600 miles its doing its job. Just remember when you wax it use any synthetic product since regular wax will eventually yellow it. Synthetics have no petroleum based products or abrasives. WE use Turtle wax ice products on all our vehicles look new.
