SRT vs. R/T Resonator

    Did you ever wonder how the SRT and R/T resonators differ? Check out these two cutaways. The first photo shows the SRT resonator (without the fiberglass packing that fills the void).

    This and less baffles in the SRT's muffler, along with larger exhaust pipes, accounts for the SRT's deeper exhaust tone.

    Those pics show it all. No wonder everyone is going to resonator deletes.

    Went with the Blastin' Bob's glasspack resonator delete. Happy with the sound, has a good rumble, not too loud, but flows good.
