   If you have a manual, I would follow the first 4 steps above from my previous post and launch at 2,000-2,100 rpm and slip the clutch out until you feel traction. Then WOT.
   
   Shifts would be at 5,700 rpm. (You will hit the rev limiter at 5,800 rpm).
