Dear Members Sorry if i make some mistakes in my english, but my mother language is german. I am from Switzerland and live close to Zurich. Currently i own a BMW 335i Conv. which i plan to Keep. I was always fascinated about muscle cars and now i plan to fullfill my dream and buy a 2015 SRT 6.4 or maybe a Hellcat if i can afford it. What will be the difference to a SRT in comparison to my current BMW 335 in handling, ergomomics, fuel efficency etc........? Thanks for your comments Aero8
The 6.4 Hemi Challenger SRT has 485 hp and comparable performance to your 335i (i.e., 0-60 mph around 4.4 sec. and quarter mile acceleration of 12.8-13.0 sec. at 109 mph. It also has an excellent Brembo brake system and Bilstein shocks. It sells for about $46K. Gas mileage, however, will only be around 18 City and 25 Highway. The 2015 Challenger 6.2 supercharged Hellcat is a limited production car that will go on sale in August. It will probably have 640 hp and will do the quarter mile in 11+ seconds. Your 335i is a great car, but so is the Challenger. I would imagine that, due to its rarity in Switzerland, you will be the envy of all your friends and neighbors! There are a lot of road tests on the web. Just Google for them and you will learn everything you want to know. -Tom
Hello from Finland.. Here's bmw owner as well.. You've got e92 ? Challenger feel alot different than bmw.. Altho the new 2015 is looking to be much cooler than older like my 2010 srt8..
