Seems like a very good forum to be a part of. I have a new to me 2014 R/T Classic. I rec'd the build sheet for my car from Dodge & everything it was made with is there except for one item. The sheet mentions it had a HEMI badge during the build. I don't see it diplayed anywhere. Could you pls. tell me where the HEMI badge should appear on my Classic model. I want to keep the car orig. & would like to buy one to have it shown in the proper place. Thank you
Welcome to the forum. On my 2010 R/T Classic it came with "HEMI" badges on each side of the hood. I'm sure that if you google " 2014 Challenge R?T" there should be pics. of some for you to look at to see the location.
They were on both sides of the raised section of the hood on the 2014 R/T I rented a couple of weeks ago.
Thank you for your quick replies. As soon Is I import some pics into my p.c. I'll send what my hood is like. The 2014 Classic R/T has a rather high factory (non functioning) scoop & I could see the Hemi badges being on each side of this type setup. The Dodge dealer told me that he had sold approx. 2 of these last yr. & there was a factory kit to convert this setup to become functional. He seemed to be knowled'eable but I'm just learning myself as I go. Thanks again I'll work on getting those pics up soon.
That is kind of odd that your hood scoops are not functional on a 2014 R/T Classic, I do know on the 2010 - 2012 they were functional from the factory on this model.
