A plain simple video (under one minute) of an R/T accelerating. Not sure if it can go faster. It's in KM/H not mph. I'm certainly not going to go that fast. Maybe Kowalski :driver:

Nice. My SXT Plus only goes 134 because of the factory governor.

A factory R/T Can do over 150mph. I have seen it done at the Texas mile.

I had mine up to 160 north of my town recently on a long straight away after I purchased my new tires, and shamed an AMG (not sure which model) on a recent trip to Sioux Falls when I got up to 145. I have to say though that at 140 and above the air and wind forces really feel as though the car will be torn apart. Very exhilarating, fortunately my wife had fallen asleep when all of this happened. The car certainly had quite a bit left in it but apparently my cahonas did not. Lol

I'm a wuss so I didn't do it, but I purchased my 2016 Scatpack used and didn't know about all the stuff you could do with the timers and such. Anyway, when I found out how to use them, I saw where the previous owner had a top speed of 172mph. Not sure I would have bought it if I saw that before.

Wow, not sure I could ever do it. Getting a bug splattered on the front end going at that speed would just infuriate me. That's my story and I'm sticking with it! :angels25: :D
