Here is how to adjust your tailights if they came misaligned from the factory: Loosen the wing nut closest to trunk lid (there are two). This is the only one you can see since the far side/outer one is hidden under the trim piece). Raise the tailight on the inside edge as far as possible. Then open the trunk and use the lid height adjusters by lowering the right side one a 1/4 turn at a time. Also, raise the left a 1/4 turn at the same time. If you have to lift left out of alignment to get the right down, adjust the left side up to match. There...you are done!
