The September/October 2026 issue of Consumer Reports conducted a study of which car brands cost the least and most to repair during the periods 1-5 years and 6-10 years (see the following chart). Chrysler finished 13 out of 29, with a 10 year total of $7,145. Jeep finished 14th, with $7,195 and Ram finished 21st with $8,650.
