On my 2010 R/t I've got a CEL for small Evap leak. I smoke checked it and have smoke coming out through the charcoal canister and evap leak detection pump. Am I correct in assuming the smoke shouldn't be getting out of the charcoal canister? And the canister needs to be replaced? Thanks! Screenshot_20260902_164115_Messages.jpg

The EVAP canister is a sealed system. You shouldn't see smoke. It probably needs replacement. It is located in the passenger side rear wheel well. Check out the DIY video for replacement.

You also might have fuel or vapor lines that are damaged

Thanks Tom. Yeah I know where it is as I already replaced the leak detection valve before I smoke checked it. Charcoal canister is a bit pricey but I guess I'll go ahead and replace it.
