Fog light replace 2015 Challenger RT Scat Pack

    Hi,

    I have a 2015 Challenger RT Scat Pack, I want to change the fog lights, however it has these weird looking plastic rivets, not like the normal button type, these almost look like an Alan head screw, have a hole in the middle. I have the proper plastic rivet removal tool kit, I couldn't get one to move....I didn't try too hard either..till I check on here. I have that black spoiler in the front, so its a lil more complex than on my 2014 RT...I don't know whether to come from the bottom or the inner wheel well (as I did on my 2014). So, I have two questions:

    1) How do you change these fog lites w spoiler? from side, or the bottom
    2) what are these odd looking smaller plastic rivets, how do they come out?
