   A pre-production unrestored 1970 Hemi 'Cuda 4-speed, with only 17,755 miles, is being offered for sale for a cool $2.2 million. Just think, back in 1970, you could have bought a Hemi 'Cuda for around $5,000.
   
   As a pre-production car, it did not have stripes, a tach, spoilers or hood pins.
