I have been trying to copy some pictures onto the hard drive in my car, and every time I put my thumb drive in, it tells me it's an invalid device.

I have formatted it FAT, FAT32 and NTFS, and that doesn't seem to be the problem. I know the files are good, and I can see the drive without any issues on my computer...

    Anybody else experience this??
What was done to resolve it?!

    Help, Please!!

    TIA

I had no issues with mine. I simply transferred some .jpg pictures to a thumb drive and plugged it into my car.

Scott... I have the same problem... they're 'working on it' at my dealership... if I get some solid information of a sure 'fix' I'll be happy to share it at that time. Right now, they are experimenting on a Jeep with the same radio as ours. ...

I've tried the TSB fix.. didn't work. Tried uploading via CD/thumbdrive ... neither worked... so far :)

    Thanks Geno...

Glad that it's not just me.

If I come up with a fix, I will post it here as well.

Mine's an '11 also. Had no problems with the '10 R/T. This one though... makes me go 'grrrrrrrrrr' :)

So does that mean that 2011's cannot be tuned and you cannot load pictures on MyGig either? That is irritating
