    I wanted to try them for my winter wheels but am nervous to order a set. I question how well the adhesive tape holds up if you're using tire dressing. I'd expect some dressing to seep under the plastic. I'm not real keen on the cap that gets glued on the seam. I'd have nightmares about one of these things separating from the wheel and scuffing up the paint on the edge of the wheel well of worse.
    You also need at least a 1/4" flat area around the circumference of the wheel.

    Don’t waste your time or money on them they slowly fade from the sun and eventually when you’re driving down the road they will start working their way off of the rim and you will hear a rap rap rap as they are hitting the fender while.
