Some quart cans from the past (mostly racing oil)

    Here is a close-up of the Archer can.

    These 2 Esso oil cans underneath are from France & rather pricey but I really like the 'Oil Drop' guy and gal graphics. One side French and the other side English.

    Are you sure the Esso cans are from France? It would seem like they would be from Canada where French and English are spoken.

    That's what I used to think too, Quebec especially, but apparently not.
    On the handy oil cans (see below front & rear) the spout is definitely European as Canada spouts are like ours. Also the address at the bottom is in France as well. Sometimes you learn too much with a hobby, useless info that 99.9% of the world cares nothing about.

    What do you think of the graphic with the female oiling her sewing machine and the guy oiling his gun? Wouldn't happen today. :badidea: :ban:

    A Mopar oil quart added this week. NOS. From the 80's I believe yet no UPC code on the can.
