Hello all. I bought these bulbs for my tail lights. Now they blink fast like when a bulb is out. Any idea why? Best. https://www.autozone.com/electrical...oled/14278_0_0?searchText=led+tail+light+bulb
Yeah, the LED ones draw much less current than conventional bulbs. This affects the flasher mechanism used in many cars. Not sure how to fix it. I have the same problem with my motorcycle, a 1983 Honda. The LED bulbs are nice and bright, but they flash fast. I just live with it.
i have the same problem with my RAM. i put in the switch back turn signal LED lights in for turn signals, front and rear lights blink normally, but the turn signals in my mirrors hyper-flash. I even got a tazor module to help fix that but no help from it, so i just live with it
I call it "ricer flash." The advent of the aftermarket LED bulbs on riced-out Hondas was the origin of this particular problem. Not enough current being drawn so the car's electronic brain thinks there are not enough bulbs installed. To see a potatoed-out Lada in all its glory, check out this video:
