Im just trying to be safe, long lastin
No tire rack here, very limited in options. Wish there was one. Found this site and it really helped me understand differences. Never knew there was a tire rating guide. At least I know some better options as well as suggested. With the slow leak was going to get two new rears for now. Thanks guys!

I know you did not ask for more advice but getting all 4 at once would be wisest for best performance, and you certainly do not want to mix sizes or tread patterns for proper handling and braking. You will feel it during everyday driving.

I don't understand your comment. Tire Rack, like Discount Tire, sells tires online. They provide free shipping and will give you the names of tire installers in your area.

Like SRT-Tom replied, Tire Rack will ship the tires if you're staying with 22" wheels. But assuming you still want to go from 22" to 20", Tire Rack will ship tires already mounted and balanced on the new wheels and I believe Discount Tire Direct will do the same. Then any shop can mount them for you. You will also need to buy the TPMS sensors for the new wheels or else the warning light will always be on.
You mentioned doing 2 tires for now. If you are switching to 20" wheels you really should get all four done at the same time or make sure you have the 20" wheels/tires mounted up front and the 22"s in back. (in case the 22" wheels/tires have a larger overall diameter - height)

Continental is a great brand. As far as long lasting you can check the tire brands treadwear rating like 400-500, Temperature grade like AA and the traction rating A best then B and C.
Go for the All season depending on the type of weather you drive in.
Continental is also very affordable and reasonably priced.
Michelin brand is the most expensive brand.
