To those looking, NEVER settle. It's a mistake.

I do like the understated look of Granite. But, I'm not really going for a monochromatic garage. Plus ... The Durango will probably get traded in '23.

The next Challenger will be in the stable for a long time and I think the Granite might be a little easier to live with long-term than my current B5 Blue Challenger.

I agree with you completely! I wanted a scat pack / super bee way back when it was first announced they where bringing them back. I wanted white with a stick. I got it, loved the car. Fast forward I started having knee issues decided to sell the car. My brother and I spent 9 months looking for my Hellcat. I’m glad I waited, the car has brought me a lot of joy. Seeing the smiles it brings my kids when I give it a kick is priceless to me. I had some great memories in my scat as well. That’s the only stock car I’ve ever driven that would bust the tires off in 4th gear. The cool thing about Dodge is, you can have it any flavor.

^^^ YES!! We are spoiled with so many choices. It was a real pleasure to 'build' my car the way i wanted if the need arose. I just got lucky that one was already built. I even got the rebate and dealer discount.

Although I did compromise when getting my car, I wanted the M6 but none were available for the remainder of 2019 in the model I wanted, in the end it’s probably better that I have the A8. The main reason I was looking for a new car was that driving my ‘03 Cobra was getting painful with my left knee. I was telling myself that since the Challenger’s clutch was much lighter than my Cobra’s, that I’d be ok with a stick. Truth is, a clutch would probably limit how much I’d drive it and that would suck!

Over the past three years I've found that occasionally - not every day - B5 Blue is a little too bright for my taste. A little too "look at me." There's certainly no hiding in a crowd.

Hey ... I enjoy seeing Sublime Green, Plum Crazy, Yellow Jacket, and Go Mango (ironically ... my other choice when I was last looking) cars out in the wild. But I don't think I want to see any of them in my garage.

My previous Challenger was a 2011 R/T Classic in Tungsten Metallic with Black R/T stripes and I liked the look of that package a lot. Plus, the 20" polished aluminum Heritage wheels gave the car a true "old school" vibe.

Does the B5 blue not hold up well over time? Curious as I'm looking for one.

It holds up very well. It might help that it is garage kept, but my car still looks as good as the day I bought it in 2017.

No problem with my 2015. A professional detail to get rid of the factory orange peel really added reflectivity (is that a word?) and made the paint pop. Just be ready for a ton of compliments on the paint color, at traffic lights, in parking lots, at drive thru's, gas stations, etc.
