    Auto Evolution listed the following top tire shredding Mopars of the late 60s/early 70s.

    Here is an excerpt from the article:

    "The golden age of muscle gave us some of the most impressive cars ever produced in the US. Even if they were built to be breathtakingly fast, especially down a quarter mile stretch of pavement, performance wasn’t the only thing impressive about them. Apart from output, acceleration, and quarter mile figures, muscle cars from the golden age also became popular thanks to their aggressive looks, daring decal packages and flamboyant paint finishes. While all Detroit Big Three brands which marketed muscle cars during that exciting period delivered visually-captivating rides, the Mopar camp arguably stood out, particularly towards the end of the 1960s and the beginning of the 1970s."
