I know I post too much but I came across this unreal reproduction of the Vanishing Point Challenger at a show in NY. The owner dresses like Kowalski, has the movie camera attached to the front, Super Soul in the front seat, and the 'dirt bike' attached to the roof. The real good stuff starts after the 1:25 mark and starts up again around 2:35. Enjoy!

The photo that is by the right front tire at around 3:25 was taken by my father in July 1970 during the filming of Vanishing Point in Cisco, Utah. We were on a one month vacation from Chicago and came upon the scene as we were crossing through Utah. There are 6 original Behind the Scenes Photos that my dad took on that day. Several of them were shown on Graveyard Carz a couple of years ago during a segment with Alyssa. That's where he got the idea for the camera mount on the hood Nice re-creation.
I was hoping you would see this post. Your history and experience with the movie is so interesting. I always remember your past comments.
