Why has the leaking water into rear tail lamp & condensation problem been fixed yet?

Same thing for the rear center plastic piece between the tail lamps that has a tendency to get scratched up? This problem has been going on for years now.

 

I didn't even know that was an issue. I'd like to know also if it's been addressed.
My Pontiac has always had that condensation issue (back up lens especially) but the lens is easy to remove and clean if it starts looking bad.

 

I am sure I have seen many others complain of this in the forums.

 

Don’t get your car wet.

 

Just don't drive in the rain.

 

Address the problem then fix it. Run a garden hose over different parts of the vehicle that could let water in.( Most likely trunk lid) this is an automotive forum and we're asking if anything has been done to correct this. Fix it, let people know, problem solved.
