Mine came with the standard 20" X 9" wheels and with 245/45ZR20 All-Season Performance tires.

I would like to get something wider for the rear wheels.

Can anyone suggest a good brand to go with the stock tires? And how wide can I go on those wheels?

    Thanks!

Contrary to what you will read,
you can mount 295/40/20's on stock 9" rims
(I ran ~6k miles on used ones one summer)

    But 275/40/20 are recommended
I wanted to go 285/40/20's but could not find any with a tread/compound I liked.

As for rear tires, I like my Nitto G2 555's

I guess I should add that we have real winters where I live. I am not going to drive the car in the snow, but don't want to have to garage it all winter either on summer tires. And the car came with all-season performance tires, and I am just looking to replace the rear ones with something wider.

Any suggestions for rear all-season performance tires that would pair well with the 245s in front that come stock with the Scat?

    Thanks!

I installed 275/40-20s on the rear of my 2009 SRT. It has 9-inch wheels and that is the widest tire that will wear and perform properly for this size.

After a lot of investigation, I bought the Cooper Zeon RS3-G1 ultra high performance all-season tires. They are long-wearing (500 AAA rating), perform great and are reasonably priced. Here are some of the excellent reviews.

    Rear Nitto 555 R2 285
    Front Nitto 555 G2 245
    Both on Stock Rims
    Seems fine.
Would have liked to have gone 305 on back (still fits under fender) but stock rims were too thin (according to tire shop)
Will drop backend an inch or so and see if 305's will work then. (On a wider rim)

Plus, the new NITTO's are made in USA :)

I ended up ordering the Coopers per SRT-Tom's advice, they are also made in the USA. We get real winters here so I wanted to stay with all-season performance tires.

I had one sales guy try to convince me 245s were the widest 20"x9" wheels could take and that I also needed new wheels. Just hung up on him. Found a good shop and just have to wait for them to come in now.

Will get some pics after I detail it, probably will go with Zaino.

But it's a 2021 Scat Pack in Frostbite Blue. Pretty bare options wise. The rear tires and mid muffler delete (which sounds fantastic) are the only changes I've made so far.
